ARCX is a specialized compression and distribution technology designed to reduce finished game builds while preserving the data required for reconstruction.
Modern games contain geometry, audio, textures, libraries, game data and configuration files. Larger builds mean longer transfers, larger packages, higher storage needs and more bandwidth pressure.
ARCX approaches the final distribution build as a complete package—without asking developers to redesign their existing workflow.
A studio can finish its game using its existing workflow, then use ARCX on the final distribution output. ARCX is not required to replace the studio’s development pipeline.
